I went the mustang immersion route. Scheduled for August. If anyone has done that experience, I'd be interested in your thoughts.

Use the search function and hopefully the thread from the class I took will pop up. Someone put together a video and posted the laps to YouTube iirc from it.

It was awesome. I did the one in Charlotte. It’s a whole lot of info in not a lot of time but you really get to push the cars in the auto cross and track portions. The other two parts seem silly but. I appreciated seeing the safety systems in action that I hope to never use.

The city was so much better than I had expected. I had excellent food and drink (in downtown near the college). I’m a big foodie. Others talked about the NASCAR related things to do. Quite a diverse range. I extended my trip for business and spent a couple days exploring.
