I guess you are afraid to have messed up things before making a backup?

You can download your own original As Built from Ford directly:
https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt

Have to enter your VIN as it is your specific As Built.

BUT: There are guesses that after some time your current As Builts getting uploaded automatically making them the new defaults.
Will check if my ones have updated online when I find the time.
