I have a 2024 ecoboost and darkhorse, and on both I’ve noticed at 60mph+ the hood will move up and down or maybe buckle a bit. I went to Sebring last week with the DH and I had thought the latch didn’t shut all the way and had to go back to pit road to check. And when I did it was fine. Wondering if yall have noticed the same thing. Thanks

I have a little movement at speed. I stopped once to check, and all was well, then I noticed the hood released warning light comes on when it's off the main catch.

This has been happening with my Gen6 and the Gen7 as well.
Starts typically at higher speeds of around 90 in most cases that have been reported in Germany.
Adjusting the rubber bumpers to get more tension on the front corners of the hood helped a tiny little bit.
At lower speed it might solve the problem completely.

Same here, it's ("visual") issue on both S550 and now S650, adjusting the bumpers will improve, but you'll always end with a fluffy bonnet, because it's very light. It's even worse if you drive behind a big vehicle (a truck or such). But as said, it's just an annoying effect, the thing won't go anywhere.

Not a bit for me. Guess I'm lucky.

If you think Sebring was bad just wait until you try it at Daytona!

At 160 mph I thought my S550 hood was going to "leave the chat" as my kids would say. It never did though but the amount it moved was crazy and it sounds like the DH is the same.

I saw it and was immediately concerned with the amount of movement. 70MPH and on windy days. It is secure but the adjustments help.

I had the same problem. Tighten the hood bumps and it will go away.

Some movement appears to be expected, but adjusting the stops has helped mind calm a little.

I noticed on the ride home from the stealership on TX130. The speed ‘limit’ is 85mph but 90 is the slow traffic in the right lane, 100-105 is the passing lane - I’ll call it “cusotmary” speed. I was ok until I got behind someone, in unclean air, at speed. Then it moved around quite a bit. I checked on here and several folks had the same report and same reported suggestion ; adjust the hood stoppers (whatever they’re called)
