Yeah, I got my initial conversion wrong. My guess was basically 1.30 usd = 1 eur, but went the wrong direction. Public school failed me.

These last 2 years I always see them as 1 vs 1. The difference was always too small to convert them. When something costs 100 USD I always see it as 100 Euro and at the end I know it a bit less than 100 Euro. Always good to mentally calculate this way haha.Yeah, I got my initial conversion wrong. This is dead on, the time it takes to do those with proper prep is measured in hours, plus materials and overhead. In my opinion, theses were done "quick spray as a favor" very little if any prep. My belief is the above suggested "easily approach $200" is low. What were you charged? The price could be an indicator of quality. A good job in my opinion could easily approach $200.
Well, it was done quick indeed, but not as a favor. This is dead on, the time it takes to do those with proper prep is measured in hours, plus materials and overhead. Unfortunately I have to wait until I'm in Europe to do PPF. There is no PPF installer on this island. Now at least get PPF on those. You won't be happy with a stone mare or bug juice staining them.
my aching áss it was, a Euro was a buck 70 to a buck 80 in ’08. I think we averaged $1.76 / euro for the trip.In 2008 or 2009 I remember that 1 Euro was 1.50 USD. That were the good days.
Switzerland is even for us Europeans very expensive lolmy aching áss it was, a Euro was a buck 70 to a buck 80 in ’08. I think we averaged $1.76 / euro for the trip.
That was painful. 3 weeks in and around the Alps and don’t get me started on Switzerland...
Glad you got it straightened out but I have read your comments along in this thread and I just have to ask: is your temper really so bad that you seemed ready to pop your cork over this? I mean, your “body was furious”? Hard for me to understand.I'm fuming and on my way back. I'm trying to keep my head cool.
It's hard for you to understand because we are all humans with all different issues we had to deal with in life.Glad you got it straightened out but I have read your comments along in this thread and I just have to ask: is your temper really so bad that you seemed ready to pop your cork over this? People eff stuff up all the time; in fact I kinda go into most situations expecting it and I’m rarely disappointed. It’s just how life works.
