So has it happened again? Did the warning go away quickly? If the car was sitting for a long time, what were the ambient temperatures of storage?

It could be nothing, or it could be a warning of mechanical failure. I would definitely have it checked out by the dealer ASAP.
The car was parked in a heated garage, I started it a couple times during this time and there was no error, it appeared suddenly. Now, I've been checking for a few days to see if it's gone, just by a quick start and stop, maybe for 1 minute, it’s a bit scary to wait longer.

I had a plan to reset it and see if it disappears, but I don't have up to date OBD to do that, so yes, it seems that the only solution to take it to the dealer..

How long did it stay on?

I don't have a workshop manual so I'm not sure if the gauge and warning use the same sensor.
If not, it's probably a warning sensor failure.
Another point, for oil level to trigger a pressure warning on a stationary car, the level would have to be lower than the pick up. That's a lot of oil gone. Probably bearings with it.

Most likely a faulty sending unit, yes they go bad, even new ones. but get it to the dealer asap.

I really hope that it is a sensor failure 😄 the oil level is really ok, have checked multiple times. The thing I am afraid of that the oil pump doesn’t work…

Actually, it doesn’t disappear (but I didn’t wait for more than 1 min). So, when the engine starts it appears, I press “ok” and the Check Engine indicator is lit

For those who are also looking for solutions on the internet.

While I was waiting for an appointment at the dealer, I checked the errors using OBD II and there was a huge list of errors, even though there was only an oil pressure warning on the dash.

P0480:00:2F Electric fan control target 1

P06D8:00:27 Low voltage in engine oil pressure control electrical circuit

P2682:00:2E Low voltage in electrical circuit controlling engine coolant bypass valve A coolant bypass valve

U0284:00:27 lost communication with active grill air shutter B module

All errors indicate that the problem is in the electrical circuit. I found information in the internet that errors with the letter U are primary and errors with the letter P are secondary. I'm not sure if this is correct, but the problem did turn out to be in the wire connected to the shutter.
After fixing the wire, the oil pressure warning did not appear anymore, but of course I will still go to the dealer for diagnostics. I assume, if one element of engine cooling does not work, apparently the system blocks all interconnected elements.

Great job. Glad it was just an electrical malfunction. 👍🏻
