The B&0 Premium Sound System by Bang & Olufsen (12 Speakers) is not bad at all in my opinion, in both clarity and bass… my rear passengers even said the bass was so strong they felt it in their spine 😅.

I've got the base model GT with no subwoofer so mine needs some help :)

Oh okay, quite weird that they didn’t include any subwoofer at all!

I have this setup, and bass is for sure lacking for my taste.

Compared to when i received the car, the stock settings were bad… so am guessing you probably didn’t adjust it. Sounds much better now.

Took up more trunk space than I'd originally hoped (went with different box), but it sounds amazing.

Also went with Audio Control Spike 10s over the Alpines. Tried both and preferred the ACs.

It's good to see you again 1992...

Just a suggestion for those who aren’t made of money…. there is an app for
IOS and Android called BOOM. It’s available in their respective stores.

I use IOS so I will just describe what I know. BOOM will implant itself in CarPlay and you then allow it to access your tunes on your iPhone. There are a number of available settings in the app to allow a dramatic increase in bass of the stock radio. It took me a while to find everything and set it up but after doing so it’s a big improvement to the stock head unit.

The one thing this proved to me at least is that the speakers can handle and provide fabulous bass, it’s the head unit that is the issue. BOOM bumps up a number of things via setup. Just play and listen until you get it how you want.

save you a bunch of money.

Oh and BOOM is on sale right now.

Yup… 7 day trial.. I found it worked well.
Dumb question since you run ios, I'm an android guy. How does it automatically inbed itself? I'm on the free trial screen, don't see anything about running during Pandora. Understand if you don't know.

Again in IOS after I installed it on my iPhone and allowed access to my music I selected “car mode” and was sitting in my car so I brought up Carplay and there it was. I select my music using BOOM not the Apple Music app then select my playlist. Then played with the settings until I was happy.
