Personally, I thought they nailed the design in 2016. The 2017 zl1 looked amazing. When they did the fisher price thing in 2019, it was a sad sad day.

But yes, at least they didn’t turn the thing into an suv or an suv lookalike. Nasty.

You would think with the C8 going mid engine, it would leave room for the Camaro…. but everyone knows whenever the Camaro flies to close to the sun (Vette) it gets axed eventually.

They need to go back to the vintage 60ish design, like Ford did with the T-Bird. Make the top model a Z28 with a 302, stick and automatic options. Make two models of SS 350 HP and normal HP. Plus an RS available with V6. Would be nice to have a little competition which could bring down the prices of Mustangs. Then Dodge needs to step in with a new vintage style. After all this is not the USSR, yet. Wee need compensation like true Free Men. Like Americans. Make my Mustang the Apache with a 390.

They did that already and it’s played out now. They need to commit to a modern iconic design that brings everything forward and into the future, along with checking all the performance boxes with a lightweight platform and futuristic powetrains that combine the best of the ICE and EV worlds. I think there are some very special cars being conceited that will blow peoples minds with what they’re capable of.

Yep. And with the lithium batteries the one driving also gets blown up if a bullet hits the batteries. I'll stick with gas.

No loss to me, always hated the super ugly dash and the tinny sound of the exhausts from 2014 on ....now the "old" Camaros, well that's different. BTW if you compare Mustang and Camaro convertible trunk space the Mustang has about 30% more room.
