With the dual throttle bodies, I have noticed that the drivers side head vents to the intake ahead of the driver side TB. The passenger side vents info the manifold behind where the TBs are mounted. I wonder if that will have any impact on catch can placement.

Owners manual says to add one if you track the car, or run at high RPMs consistently.

It would be nice if someone came up with a one can system for both sides, basically dual intake and dual exhaust!

So you mentioned that high detergent fuel could prevent the carbonizing the valves? So which brand name of gas actually uses high detergent fuel to prevent the problem? You left that critical info out. Why?

That was a link to another gentleman that is a former Ford Master Tech and now runs his own shop fixing Ford vehicles in the Chicago area. Best place to look for high detergent fuel is to use Top Tier Gas. Here's a link of all of them: https://www.toptiergas.com/gasoline-brands/

For anyone that doubts whether a catch can is needed or if it works or not.

Would installing an oil catch can affect the Ford warranty in any way?

So I have a Gen 3 V-8, drawing 15 ml / 1 Tbs of oil every 1250 miles, 2011 kms. If the car were a DD, putting down 10K mi / 16K km a year, that measures out to as much as 1/2 cup, 236 ml a year. I prefer to keep all that out of the intake system.
I was drawing the same amount (1 tbsp) for every hour of track time (mostly 2nd and 3rd gears >5000 rpm) on a 10k-20k miles Gen 3.
I'm getting a passenger side UPR can for my 2024 for sure.

Not exactly sure, slight grey area. They actually ‘recommend’ one in the owners manual, however the recommendation is in the ‘track use’ section.
