If I get a hold of a Performance Pack splitter, is it an easy swap for what comes on the front of a GT Premium without the Performance Pack? Or do modifications need to be made?

Easy swap, no mod. I got the RTR performance splitter, looks great on my GT.

I wish they would make a performance pack rear spoiler for the convertible. I have a 2024 GT convertible with performance pack and I hate that they deleted the spoiler I'm wishing I had gotten the hardtop fastback coupe now better handling too that 163 lb weight difference on the floor versus through the roof really does make a difference

Halfway through the swap. Very easy. 18 screws, 4 plastic rivets, and 6 more plastic rivets for access.

Just enough of a difference!

And final product. Fit perfectly, just like it was made for the car, or something! 😁

did you need to get a PP belly pan to make it fit?
Nope! The PP one literally replaces the non-PP one. Same mounting holes, same tabs, same slots, same mounting hardware.

After you take off the screws going along the bottom (12), you have to push up on the belly pan to access six more screws. The two plastic pins on each side are behind the wheel wells (three plastic rivets to remove on each side for access).

After that, there are several tabs still holding it in place (see pic below). At first, I was trying to push them down from inside so they'd pop out, but that's not necessary... just gently pulling on the splitter (starting from the ends) releases them.

Then you just push the new splitter into place and the tabs hold it as you tighten down the screws. There are alignment pins on the splitter that hold it exactly where it needs to go.

thanks for this. because of this swap, is it safe to assume every aftermarket lip that requires removing the old one, will fit on PP and non PP cars ? I think so. tyvm
