I'm about to install my rear Steeda magnaride sport springs. I know they are side specific but can't figure out which one goes where. They are labeled FD054-RSA and FD055-RSA. Both have date codes of 07/24. There are no other markings. Installation instructions call for part numbers ending in LHWREAR and RHWREAR, but I can't find those on my springs...HELP!

Here are photos of right and left from Steeda. Left is first, right is second.

As I explained, mine don't have those part numbers. This is what I ordered...
1 Ă— Steeda Mustang MagneRide Sport Progressive Lowering Springs (2015-2026)
And this is what was delivered...There are no other markings.

Based on your photos and Steeda’s, FD054 is left and FD055 is right. They are wound differently. Since Steeda’s have labels, I’m applying that winding direction to your photos. Unfortunately, I’m not near my car or I’d take photos of my springs.

Thanks for that. One more thing, Steeda's instructions say the one marked LHW goes on the passenger's side and RHW goes on the driver's side. To me LH is left hand or drivers side and RH is right hand or the passenger side. Do they have it backward or do I? LOL

"NOTE: The rear springs are not the same. The spring with the part number ending in “RHWREAR” is to be used on the driver side and “LHWREAR” is to be used on the passenger side."

I found a photo of my car and can confirm the ones listed as RH are installed on the driver side and LH on the passenger side.

Thanks for your time Krisk. I hate to be a PIA, but going back to my FD054 & FD055, when you say left for the 54 does it go on the drivers side or passenger side?

No worries. Your FD055 is driver side and FD054 is passenger.

Thanks Krisk. Maybe the RH and LH are referring to the spring twist and not the placement.
