Warming Up Temp Ranges?

yeah, its not like im waking up and starting my car, save for when its below 0, my morning routine is dress, start the car, take a piss, walk out. usually takes 5ish minutes due to how far the garage is from my apartment

210-235F is pretty normal range. My GT350 runs 211F-232F. Some cars will get upwards of 260 under hard driving.

I don't see it mentioned very often, and it's really important: a good running engine also needs higher temperatures. The boiling point of water is 100C / 212F, so you should ensure your car reaches that temperature from time to time for several minutes. This will ensure any water in your oil -- especially on E85 fuel -- won't sludge things up.

This was about 30 minutes into my 45 minute drive home from work yesterday. It was about 20 minutes of city and 10 minutes of highway at this point.

Important notes:
2025 Dark Horse so it has oil coolers.
Manual Transmission, so axle oil temp instead of transmission temp.
Outside temp was 50° F. This is up from 45° when I left work.
It was raining heavily. (Near Seattle. Go figure.)
I was driving conservatively and didn't really get on it because I wanted to get you numbers from what would be considered normal operating ranges.
I took the picture on the highway because traffic was open and it was safer to do so than it would be in the city.

If needed, I can provide a series over time, but I'm not sure how different it would be.
