What is the market like on new 2024 GTs right now?

No harm, I'm better off and have a lot more money than I did in the past. I put half down on my GT to keep the payment low, and live a good life.
Some stuff I get done here, some I do my self. I have a '68 Caprice and a '70 El Camino that keep me busy in the garage at home. The GT is my daily driver, and I love it!

I would think that depends on how many dealerships they own. More employees, the cheaper the premiums are. I could be way off on that though.

Sad to read that… a lot of guys in my plant working into their early 70s because of a divorce if not 2 or 3.

my girl has been with me over 20 years and is still not accepted that we’re not getting married.

Our dealer group is family owned not a public company. We have 60 dealers all west of the mississippi. The benefits are excellent and not very expensive given the state of today's market.
I was married for 31 years, together for 33, and she got sucked into some internet scams, cost me over $150,000 and my house, and she is on an FBI watch list for money laundering.
But yes, life is better than I ever thought it would be, I have a lady friend, we do a little here and there, but not burdening each other.

After 18 years and 14 new Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles purchased or leased from the same dealership from the same salesman (except the first two and the last one after he retired, which I then bought from his son), I can tell you with 100% certainty that building a relationship with a dealership has made a significant difference in every single interaction with that dealership. I've been on a first name basis with the owner for most of that time, and he's bent over backwards to get things done, get them done right, and get them done quickly. The only one fooling themself is the person who thinks they can just waltz into any dealership for a one-time purchase and get the same kind of service and support.
