I ordered only two 25mm spacers so I could put them on one side to compare. In my opinion, the rear sticks out a tad too much. The front is flush with the wheel wells and the rear sticks out 5mm.

So 20mm for the rear it is, and yes, I’ll be cutting 3mm off of the studs. Taboo, I know!! 😂

WHat is the width of your rims. I have the 20x9 GT Premium wheels and the rear sick out a bit with 25mm spacers. I am thinking about going with 20mm in the rear.

Update on what I did:

In my opinion, 25mm on the front and back stuck out too much with the performance pack rims (9.0” all around). Looked too 4x4-ish.

So I put 20mm on the rear. Still something wasn’t right.

I moved to 20mm on the front and 15mm on the rear. Looks perfect (again, in my opinion). Now both front and back are just a hair in if you were to dangle a string over the fender wells.

I’ll try to get a better pic than this:

Any issues with the Studs, i have the 20x9 and 25mm is way to big. Thinking of trying your setup

You definitely have to be willing to grind them down. For me, about 3mm off the front for the 20mm, and 8mm off the front for the 15mm. This will depend on how much of a relief hole you have in the back of your rims.

I cut down an old lug nut to the length I needed and put it on the stud. I grinded down until just touching the lug nut. Then taking that off nicely cleans up the threads.

Here are the rears. @Mishimoto

I got the 15 mm same ones you have and the relief hole in the 20 x 9 GT premium wheel is deep enough. It doesn’t even touch the inside of the wheel. I put some paint on the tip of the stud and when I mounted the wheel on. I took the wheel back off to see if the paint came off the inside of the wheel and no it’s not even touching

Looks great! And yeah, your relief holes are deeep! Mine were only 8mm on the PP 9” rims. So I would have had 15mm of stud trying to fit into that 8mm… hense the 8mm removed to give 1mm extra. I did the same thing, except used a sharpie on the inside of the rims. Nothing touches.

I cleaned up the threads good, used blue 242 Loctite (removable), and torqued to specs.

Did you do 15mm all around or 20mm up front?

I ended up doing 15 all the way around. I use the red Loctite, but did the exact same thing you did these wheels look great they look even better flushed up against the fender. The car on the Right in the pictures is my wife’s 2024 convertible the exact same specs as my car. Hers is a convertible automatic. Mine’s a hard top with the six speed you could see the difference between her wheels and my wheels she doesn’t have spacers and I have the 15 mm all the way around perfect fit.

hope all this helps some folks like you helped me! Thank you

I ended up doing 15mm all the way around, too!

I can't explain using measurements or show it in pictures, but just my perception of the car walking up to it, it just felt like the rears were sticking out a bit too much with the 20mm spacers.
