I had to make sure this was the solution.
I've updated the main thread post for the benefit of everyone.

Good morning!

@zackmd1: I know it is very early for you, however please let me know when you can, if you think I should also raise the issue with FORSCan support? Or anything else I can do to help?

Morning! It doesn’t hurt if you want to contact them as well. I will say that if you are using the free 2 month license then you likely won’t get any response… They are usually good in responding to people with a paid license.

I did actually end up raising it with FORScan by email just over an hour ago. However nothing in response, automated or otherwise yet.

I am using the free license currently - but I have no problem with buying a license though!

In my experience, it usually takes a day or two for a response. They will usually send you a test build to install to verify the problem has been resolved and then issue a new release on the website.

I got a response! Very very interesting....

So 7E0-02-04 is actually now 7E0-162-04!

Also FORScan have mentioned this test build:
Yep! Got the same response. Will try it out tonight. BCM walk away lock still is an issue as it doesn’t appear in easy mode ( possible my Mustang doesn’t support it) so we shall see.

I believe it's just a matter of showing the correct address name, but the position didn't changed (the proof is that with the previous version it still shown as 7E0-02), but they are right, the address is effectively "7E0-162-04".
Interestingly, I knew it was a fact, but I didn't know that you could actually read your own table stored on the Ford servers (via the above URL), who knows how frequently they are uploaded/download from our cars to the servers. Just checked mine and the "remote rev" (2) is correctly saved on their server after I've updated it (so it'll be preserved with OTA updates), but at the same time, Ford knows that I've enabled it on a car that isn't supposed to have it.

I'm really surprised that has worked that way.
As almost everyone uses https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt as a way to "factory reset".
The only other explanation is that your car did have remote rev enabled at the factory and then it was turned off by the dealer you bought it from? Or something similar?

It comes from the factory that way based on your Mustang. European Mustangs have those settings turned off.

Agreed.
I'm just very surprised npole's shows as enabled currently.
Mine showed as disabled (correct) two weeks ago in the AsBuilt data and still does today. That doesn't confirm it won't change in the near future though - I'll keep checking...

You need to change the value to enable it. It wont turn on by itself.

Mine was deffo disable from the factory, that's 100% sure, it's a EU car (and all the other EU settings are there).
There's speculations on how often the data is uploaded to the servers (I don't think anyone knows for sure). People have reported that if you do a mod with ForScan and soon after there's a firmware update, you gonna lose it (possibly because it uses the table stored on the server).
I would have assumed that the settings are sent to the server before a new update will be installed, but according to what others have experienced above, it doesn't seem to be the case (or it was just a coincidence).

However since you guys just enabled it, have it checking every day, if it does change we'll know for sure that the data is updated (approx) every X days.
