I don't believe it! Just got out of the local Luxury Holliday Resort again (ie Hospital - which accounts for my absence from here)) to find this email from yesterday:

Looks like I will have to extract my finger and sell my MY21.5 GT, and fast !
Hope you're well Steve.

You got an email?

Good to hear from you Stevie!

It is quite possible we'll be ship mates as I got my email from Ford only 2 weeks ago.

I don't have a vessel name yet, will post when I know it.
there is a few ships coming to Baltimore soon

Looking at Marine Traffic, you can see the effects of Hurricane Milton in the Gulf of Mexico, and on the Atlantic side of the Florida peninsula !

I did my first mod tonight RTR Duck Bill spoiler only had the car 7 days lol

20241010_191031.jpg
I saw an RTR Spec-2 GT in a Ford dealer in Dallas TX four months ago when I was there.
These spoilers look so much better in-person.
Photos don't do it justice at all.

I was always annoyed not being able to order the rear wing with MagneRide, and the clean no-drill install of the RTR makes it go to the top of the list. I'm getting used to the clean look of no spoiler, but if I still have a hankering for a spoiler in 6 months (self imposed decision date) it'll be this one.

Can't agree more 5.0ALM RTR is most likely where I will be taking the car over time, it was easy to install with very detailed instructions downloaded off the RTR site in the US, purchases from Mustang Motorsport for $1000 delivered. I wont spoil the easter egg inside the spoiler and just below where the reversing camera installs, the other thing that makes me gravitate to the RTR product is its officially sponsor by Vaughn Gittin Jr whose team developed the drift brake. Ford have really gone all out to make this an enjoyable car for us older guys so many things that make the drive enjoyable with the sound and the light dance it does at night when you lock it just turns you into a little kid again, I now have my own little ponies with the puddle lights lol.

Thanks mate, having an "interesting time" at the moment. You may not have received the FOA email, but at least you know your car status - and know it is real - from your screen-shots. Good luck with yours! Cheers

Agreed, Great product, however I purchased one when I bought my MY21.5 Gt, and it is still in the box in the garage. lol!

Very nice and exactly what I wanted to order.
My dealer told me I only had a choice of 3 colours and Grabber Blue was not one of them.
This colour would have looked good together with my 1970 Grabber Blue Boss 302.
I guess I should be grateful, at least I have one of the 1000 here/coming. The Torino is underway again having hung around Brunswick for a few days. ETA now 19 Nov.
