Well it's 8 weeks today till my ETA and no vessel name on Vista yet, she's just sitting on the dock of the bay.
In the mean time I'm checking out what size spacers to put on it when it arrives (can't afford to change the wheels yet), thinking 1/2" would be enough based on these photos.

Is there anyone in Aus with an S650 that's measured the space available yet?
Not really, they are just re-selling parts that have been on sale in the US for more than two years now.I guess they need to get their hands on cars to test fitment and the like.

The ETA I was given, months before the vessel was known, ended up being 8 days after the vessel finally arrived at my local port, and 7 days before I was driving it out of the dealer's yard. How can you have an accurate ETA if they don't know which boat it's on, and when it will leave?
The ETA is just an estimate but it's hovered around 21st to 24th Dec since June and I'm hoping it'll be on one of these two vessels (preferably the Tosca)How can you have an accurate ETA if they don't know which boat it's on, and when it will leave?

Gotta love ALM's concrete slab in the garage.
Method: Tape measure straight out, and camera looking straight down at 90°.

Just be careful and do your research. With the S550's, the studs were different between the Magneride cars and the standard cars. I think you had to use at least a 1 inch spacer if you wanted to avoid cutting the studs.Brilliant, thank you ALM reckon 15mm is prob the way to go to avoid scrubbing on the inside lip
