Dealer confirmed dealer delivery date is 6 September this morning, so plates have been purchased to be built. lol i am like a kid in a candy store atm.

spoke to my dealer today and he vented at how frustrated they are at the crazy limitations on options like the wing/spoiler.

I responded that eventually will be offered as a spare part. His reply was you’re probably better going after market through the likes of Mustang Motorsport. That will probably be my approach - have dealt with them over the years and they’re a great company and I’m happy to support them.

I found Mustang Motorsport great to deal with.

Anybody else feeling sick from the fumes coming off the exhaust with what looks like tar sprayed all the way from the cat to the muffler?

As expected as the exhaust heats up the fumes get worse.

Not sure why we get this as the USA cars don’t have it. Corrosion protection during shipping doesn’t make sense as every car is sent here by ship.

Surprised I can’t find this mentioned anywhere.
Perhaps just mine has been smashed with a heavy coating.

Might have a go at removing.

Same thing happened to me. I have DH for a week and it is better now

Prices didnt go up as much as I expected for 2025, especially when comparing to what happened to prices in the US. Dark Horse also gone as expected.

Took delivery of my Race Red GT today at Clancy Ford Bathurst. Had to go to track for photo op. Very happy with car. Sounds Fabulous.
I will be at Shannons Sydney Classic Eastern Creek Raceway in pit lane with MOCA on sunday in their Gen 1-7 display as the rep for Gen 7. If your there come and say Hello.

I've lost rapid red and he's not 100% sure I can even make a change to the order as you usually can't at this stage. I've gone for shadow black with bronze package. Fingers crossed.

I ordered March 2023, no segmentation date yet. Dealer is checking now to see if changes can be made, should get back to me today.

That’s madness. I feel for you. I ordered October 23 and have a segmentation date. Just no VIN.

The way he spoke sounded in general. It sounded like there may be something to do with unavailability of ships. I'll be seeing him on Friday when I collect my car so will ask for more details. Sorry to be so vague.
