Depending on the power levels of your super charger setup also consider/look into changing your oil crank gear to forged, carbon fiber driveshaft, and ford performance half shafts
All of this would also depend on what you are doing with the car. If you are reving higher than the stock whipple tune then the OPG might be worth it.
Driveshaft and half shafts IMO if you intend on drag racing with drag wheel/tire set-ups.

Think about it like this. An EcoBoost weighs 100lbs less up front than a 5.0, and we all know how much better those handle with the lighter, more nimble front end.

If you add another 100lbs to the front end with a Whipple, you're basically creating a dangerous understeering machine!

Skip the braces, but do the cradle bushings and locating dowels.. ties the IRS into the body.

Yes - it would be a similar package to what we recommend for the S550 Convertible:

Addressing the issues in the IRS is typically where we start on all the S550’s

On the convertible, since it already has additional bracing under the rear axle, we typically use the Steeda Mustang Subframe Alignment and Support Kit (2015-2024) along with the Steeda Mustang Billet Aluminum Vertical Links - Polyurethane Bushings (2015-2024) and Steeda Mustang Adjustable Rear Toe Links (2015-2024)

We would also recommend upgrading the front and rear swaybars to our Steeda Mustang Adjustable Front and Rear Sway Bar Kit (2015-2024) and stiffening up the chassis with our Steeda S550 Mustang Extreme G-Trac K-Member Brace (2015-2023), Steeda Mustang Convertible Low-Profile Jacking Rails (2015-2023) and Classic Design Concepts S550 Mustang Black Convertible Lightbar - No Light (2015-2023)

There are a lot of different upgrades you can do, but the first paragraph gives you a package that will be similar to what is available for the coupe.
