Has anybody seen a front grill replacement with the Dark Horse emblem instead of the Mustang emblem? As much as I love the Mustang emblem, I'd really like consistency all the way around my car. The Dark Horse is on the back and sides, but not the front? All I'm finding when I look is grill replacements with no emblem and bolt on emblems to put on after.

Thank you.

I’ve said the same thing since day one. I know it is a branding thing by keeping the nostalgic mustang in the front, but I would love to see a front facing horse on the grill as well. I’ve looked online (admittedly as well as I look for the milk in the fridge when my wife finds it for me) but haven’t seen anything as of yet.

I agree with the Dark Horse owners. Especially the front of the car needs a Dark Horse emblem since the emblem shows the front view of the horse face.

Maybe create an emblem of a horse butt and put it on the rear (just joking).

I understand the logic, but personally I don’t think the dark horse logo would look good in the grille

The bigger problem is they didn’t put it on the steering wheel. That should have def been done, AND the graphics on the display should all be Dark Horses

Heck. I'm still mad the Bullitt didn't come with a green horse emblem in front, not to forget the new Shelby GT350 doesn't come with a snake for the grill. How about a Shelby Black Snake. A Dark Horse with black snake on grill fenders and trunk? But for me a Mustang must come with a chrome horse grill. I want mine in Ember Blue Metallic. The DH emblem is too small for the grill. People in front of you wouldn't be able to tell what the emblem bit, even after you pass them and leave them in the dust. Can't wait to see my new DH Premium. Weather is too bad to go home yet. On Sabbatical anyway.

I get that the emblem is small, but that's fine. It's for me, not for everyone else.

Whether the front grill would look good or not is subjective. I'm not so concerned with how it looks for everyone else as I am having consistency for my own satisfaction. The steering wheel, though...That was going to be my next search. It was definitely a big miss by Ford with that one. The display graphics should be a quick fix by Ford to push the updated graphics to appropriate VINs, but that one, unfortunately, is out of my hands.

I've spent hours looking and have only found blank DH style grills with no emblem, and bolt on emblems that don't look great. Like this one which completely clashes with the color of my car.

The steering wheel with dark horse emblem already exists

https://c2-customs.com/

Not cheap but I think when done right they compliment the Dark Horse really well!

Completely understand looks are subjective, however I was saying that more as reason why no one offers it. I think my personal opinion happens to land on the popular side with this one. If no one has made it by now it’s more than likely you’ll have to add one on yourself like you mentioned in the OP

There’s another thread here on the graphics. No one is holding their breath on that haha. Ford is notorious for not getting that right and not fixing it later

Ooh? What have the guys at Ford been smoking to have not thought of that emblem for the wheel? That's badass. I want one on mine.

I'm not sure how I didn't find that steering wheel builder before. Definitely checking that out.

I get what you're saying about the grill not being made because people don't want it. Demand before supply and what not. I was just hoping I wouldn't need to make multiple purchases if something already existed that fit my needs, especially because the emblems for the front grill that I'm finding aren't anything like what I would want. At this rate it'll be best to keep the Mustang on there or to replace the grill insert with one that doesn't have an emblem.

As for the dash graphics, I saw that thread. I'm not holding my breath, but there's no harm in hoping that Ford will do right by us. As was pointed out in the thread, if FordPass shows my exact car based on the VIN, why can't the dash? It's just frustrating that nobody thought to include that before launch.
