Who knows what these wires are for? By default this connector is isolated, have checked all the photos in Google, but still can’t identify what it can be used for…

My GT has that - just noticed it when looking at the engine. I was thinking it's a diagnostic port or something similar.

Maybe someone bought this part separately? Mine is a bit broken, wanted to buy a new one but can't find it anywhere. Is there any other «official» name for it? Maybe 6gen has the same plug?

That looks like the Dyno plug which is located atop the left inner fender. All it does is jumper a few wires together. Remove it, and several sub systems stop working (tractions, control, stability control, etc.).

Yes, it is a Dyno plug, I just wondering if I can order a new one, as my is a bit damaged. I have spent already 2 days trying to find out if Ford sells it separately or to get at least 1 piece on EBay, but still not found where to order..

I believe, I may be wrong, but I believe you have to purchase a brand new 2025 Mustang to get that part.
It is what it is.

Car should still be under warranty so take it to the dealership and make it their problem.

I brought it from the US to Europe, so the warranty is not valid here. The dealer in my country is not very responsive, asks for a part number which I can't find, but I have to go to them for another issue anyway, I will try to talk to them. Thanks!

I'm going to include @LevittownFordParts ; they are a sponsor of this site. While you might pay for that plug yourself, Levittown could check and see if it can be ordered. You can message them directly with your VIN and discuss. They generally respond within one or two business days.
Thank you so much!
