- It's an electric performance vehicle. Electric cars are known to accelerate faster than ICE vehicles because of the direct torque.
- We all know all-wheel drive has an advantage from a dig.
- On top of that the Dodge has way more horsepower.

So nothing to be ashamed of.

No way that I would drive an electric car, due to the fact, I’ve seen F150 pickup truck ultimately weaved off road and hit a Tesla stranded on the side! It blew up the Tesla like a bomb! And F150 was just smashed in the front right corner and didn’t blow up and went off sideways down the road! I was shocked to see that Tesla actually blew up in totally in flames inside outward! No way, for me to get an electric car, period!
See the video in the bottom of the article:

You’ll have to take the fordauthority https out of this website and put it in your website to be able to watch it!

Well… shit… what would be a better comp to it?

a c8?… a c8Z06 perhaps?
Not a M2, maybe a M4 X drive?

Not sure what else… base 911?

we’re just in a new world. Strange times.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to spend their own money. That said, I simply cannot imagine anyone who owns a performance ICE car, to be interested in such an offering. I believe that Stellantis has been off the rails for a while now, and I don't see this changing things.

Straight line performance, no surprise, but how's it "street" performance? That Charger is one heavy mofo, I can't imagine it handles too well around corners and such.
I was talking about the race they did and that it's nothing new that the Dodge won.

Going to a racetrack is a different test and you don't need a car that can start quick from a dig or a car that has the highest top speed. Racing on a track needs handling the most. But that's a whole different topic.

Most of the cars are dragracing to test each other out. Especially on the public roads when on the highway.

Going to a racetrack needs a professional driver as well to perform. A straight line just needs your foot on the pedal.

You can’t compete against ev AWD. It throws weight to power ratio comp out the window

How about a 30 second race? Wot limited to 11 seconds may restrict performance when considering ability.

Why do we always want to change the rules after seeing that our favourite car lost?

Dark Horse lost fair and square. Nothing to be ashamed of.

Because sometimes the test is setup to favor one over the other. It was designed to produce a certain conclusion.

I'm not saying that the case here.

I still see no reason to change the rules.
That's something we did as kids after we lost.
