As the title says, my Magnaride got screwed up from 600 miles of rough roads. It's not throwing an error, but it feels like it's not working anymore. I Used to feel a huge difference between normal and sport/track, but now i don't. Now in normal i feel every bump and pothole when before the roadtrip i didn't. What should i be asking the service department to look for and fix with this?? Now the front dash and A pillars vibrate too, just complete BS a 70k dollar car has these issues in the first place. If anyone had gone through this, what should I be asking them to actually fix so that it runs like it used to??

Does your car do this on all roads now? It could be a broken belt on a tire instead.

Yes all roads feel rough and uneven now. Feels like I don't have Magnaride anymore but I don't know what to tell the service department to look for. On top of the damn dash and A pillars vibrating and squeaking now. About to sell the car at a huge loss over this crap. The damn thing depreciated 50% in 8 months anyway, worst purchase of my life. 70k to 35k now. I loved the car until all these problems popped up on top of overpaying like hell id it depreciated like this, could have bought a used one for 30-40k less than what i paid, never felt so ripped off in my life. Now i see why they aren't selling

You probably have DTCā€™s stored; the Raptors from ā€™19 onward with live valve shocks do this when thereā€™s a fault. The ā€œfail backā€ strategy is full stiff.
( when you think about it, .. never mind )

Hook up to FORSCAN and pull the codes - or bite the bullet and take it to a stealership. Or, Iā€™ll give you $500.00 cash for it outright.

There are procedures how to zero-out and recalibrate Magneride. But I do not recommend attempting them yourself for the following reason: the car is under warranty.

While there might be an established procedure for clearing and baselining and it might work, it might not. If the dealer senses something was attempted beforehand, that could lead to some difficult conversations. Additionally, I like the idea of documenting things from the start, so if this continues, they'll be more open to replacing parts or modules.

Along with that theme, I'd consider a sit-down with the Service Advisor, Service Manager, and begin documenting these problems well, give them a chance to repair them. It could be they'll get things sorted and you'll be on your way. But it could also start a path ultimately involving a buyback from Ford. The outcomes for either of those scenarios is better than selling into the market.

Edit,

As you're working these issues with the dealer, remove any emotion from the discussions. Write down the car's faults ahead of time. Go through them issue-by-issue. They'll open tickets and begin their work on those specific concerns. That'll start a paper trail and a record until the issues are resolved.

I'm still trying to figure out how you paid $70k for a GT and not a DH.

This is the first time I hear about this problem.
You are just the unlucky one.
I understand the frustration but you have to accept that faulty parts are no exception.

That's why you have warranty my brother.
Just bring it to the dealership and get it fixed.

Pretty aggressive stance on the car considering you haven't even given the dealer a shot at repairing it. You tell them that roads that you drove on daily were perfectly normal driving on before are now riding rough. Also tell them about the squeaks and rattles. Ford takes NVH seriously.

BTW, all cars depreciate rapidly in the first 3 years of ownership.

Uneven and potholes, was bouncing in my seat for 600 miles. The car was just under 68k, 73k after taxes, and 8 months later I'm getting offered under 40k. I never planned to sell but now with these problems on top of the worst depreciation I've ever seen, yeah it's bad. I'm not confident all the NVH will be fixed, but it's tough to get it in there when they want it for 2 weeks and don't offer loaners like every other car brand I've owned. I wanted to love this thing but it's a regrettable purchase now, especially seeing that a slightly used DH would have been the better route now. Vert gets old with the less handling and higher inherent NVH and smelling like outside all the time. I blame myself for not thinking this out more on a lot of it, but not the Magnaride crapping out all the new NVH, and 10 mpg isn't helping me feel better about it either. Maybe the PP is killing the mileage but never imagined it would be so bad. I came from an Ecoboost so this has been tough, but still love the sound and want to love the car again, but i feel ripped off right now. If they would give me a loaner this would be a different conversation. Losing brand loyalty back to jeep since they actually made me feel valued and heard, which Ford has not so far. But the best offer I've gotten for it is 40k now down from 42k a month agoand 50k in September, i bought this thing in MAY. I don't see any other VIN depreciate so fast like mine did. 2018s sell for more than mine now, I just don't get it... i also put 6400 into a full ppf and window tint so I'm in deep on this 80k ...

At this point there is nothing about this car that is going to give you pleasure. And there is nothing we can say to make you feel that everything can be fixed. So IMHO, take the hit and get rid of it. It's pointless complaining about it on here. By the way hit up Carmax. I'm sure they will offer you more than $40k.
