Likely just some kind of fake plastic vent-looking bits for styling a la GT500Is that an air intake built into the headlight assembly? I think it looks good but need to see the whole thing not just small partial shots. Guess I'll make up my mind when they release full pics.
Is that fiber? Turbulently functional?Likely just some kind of fake plastic vent-looking bits for styling a la GT500

Wheel ‘y hope not only purpose.I imagine they can claim it is on a technical level but I’m guessing practically speaking it’s just for styling. Just plastic, likely to highlight the added width to the fenders.
Where do you see thw Shelby has an eye liner?People need to stop trying to make the DH-inspired eyeliner a thing. I see it on GTs, and now it looks like this Shelby American model is following suit. Even though it looks less forced than a GT with some vinyl on top, it would just look better without it. Keep that surface body color and those little faux GT500-ish fender-headlight vent decorations would pop even more if those were the only things in black..
This is what I'm referring to. The Shelby American model would look totally fine without it. It just looks like a forced me-too fad inspired by the DH with some more inspo from the S550 GT500's fender decorations mixed in. You can see the surface trailing upward from the outer edge of the brake duck (the "cheekbone" if you will) and how it sweeps up into the headlight's border. That should all stay body colored, and sure, keep the little fender fake vents black, and maybe the little swoop that extends below it, but otherwise it just feels unecessary.Where do you see thw Shelby has an eye liner?
