Personally, an S650 will be out of my budget for a good and long while. But having dealt with the dreaded and infamous issue on two different hoods on both my previous '17 Ecoboost and current '17 GT, if it hasn't been resolved on this generation, It would personally be a detractor against me considering one.
While I was a manufacturing engineer on the P708 '23 Super Duty at NMPDC and the S650 program was rolling in back in winter 2021, I befriended a few great people on the program, but never found out.
So what do you all think? Have any of you considered it who may've dealt with it on previous generations? Or maybe someone here already knows the answer? I'll be watching those of you who will be the first forum owners with great interest from a quality standpoint.
