Yeah I’m in the same boat as erasat, I’m just interested in the improved cruise control if it’s even possible. Personally I doubt it’ll do anything. However if there’s a small chance that it improves it I’d love to test it out. Isn’t lane keep assist even improved with the advanced cruise control? I know my buddy says it basically drives the car for him and he only has to nudge it every 30 seconds with cruise control.
This is my first "high tech" car and I just own it for 2 months now. My last car was from 2011 with just basic stuff on it.

I live on a small island at the moment, so I haven't had the chance to test and experience all these new features out that my car has.

I can only see that I have all those options so I can compare my data with other similar cars from USA, Europe and Middle East. I made a list from all AS built data that I have from different trims and different specs so I can compare every value with each other and see what should be turned on and what not.

It may be an ecoboost thing, because I know GT's without active exhaust can remote rev too.
Possibly yes, I vaguely remember they mentioned it in another thread (the EcoBoost and those ones without the active exhaust for not having certain features).

I also thought only active exhaust, that's how Ford presented the information in the beginning, until I was corrected by somebody on the forum and saw multiple video's on youtube of Mustangs without AE that have the feature. So I have no clue haha

Well, I can try and find the exact values for your car to enable ACC, but I can't help you with missing buttons or other hardware. I'll go look at the values after I finish my day at the beach and come back to ask you again what lines I need to see from you.

Maybe it's better to send me your AS built data, so I don't have to ask for specific lines.
Just a follow up, I watched a YouTube video on the actual settings and if we can get it actually enabled I’m pretty sure it’ll work. In the settings you have the option to change regular cruise control to advanced cruise control and you can enable basically everything in the sync4 menu. You just can’t adjust the button toggles which is fine. I might try and find a way to buy wrecked cars steering wheel and take that button and swap em out to try if it works. And the lane centering is exactly what I’m actually looking for is to keep the car center (I had to drive a 2025 Camry last month as a rental and I got SPOILED with their lane centering)

Well, I just realized that mine is not a 301 group but a 300 group instead, again, I hope that mine also works because I think the difference between the 300 and 301 is related to the Sirius XM Radio and Dual Zone Climate, none of that should affect the Speed Signs Recognition, I'll know soon.
Sadly, so far after almost a dozen of Speed Signs on city and highway it hasn't picked up a single one.

Someone told me that when when our cars must comply with all US regulations because we are a US territory, Ford send cars to Puerto Rico from Mexico not directly from USA, so I don't know if there is something else different in my build than @sky5oh one that in his case worked with the same code changes

One more thing that I don't know if it may cause an issue, our signs are of the same form and functions than in any state but in Spanish so where yours read Speed Limit our reads Velocidad Máxima and then the number, if it's using some OCR code looking for specific English Words then it may cause issues, but then it will be great to know how other local cars with Premium Packages has this working, if it works, something In afraid I won't know.

Only think I can think right now if this never works is trying to use some data from other countries where may have similar traffic signs in forms than USA but also speaks Spanish, I don't know about Mexico, I don't remember that in specific from where I have traveled there.
But then I remember that yours was reading the sign in Europe but just showing the US speed sign form, so I don't know if the form is not a factor but the Language may be.

I wonder if you use a ASBUILT info from another premium in your area (on a dealers lot lol) if that would work? Might be ideal to wait until @GrabThatBlue gets back to see if they agree with this or not. If they do then you might be able to run the VIN through https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt and upload a text file format of the ASBUILT to compare.

Well about my only nearby local dealership allow me to use their car to connect the OBDII scanner and use ForScan on it, I highly doubt it as they have all their cars in the showroom closed and I can just ask for a salesperson to show me the interiors, I don't think I could even dare to bring my laptop with me and hook it and try to pull the data...I'd love to, but I doubt it will be possible.

Only thing I can think of is to know somebody with a local Premium S650 that allow me a couple of minutes to do it, but as of now, I don't know anybody with one.

@erasat it gives you all the ASBUILT data on https://www.motorcraftservice.com/AsBuilt
Without needing your computer or even needing to be at a dealership you just gotta grab the vin from their website and download it and convert to a text file to upload on here (at least from what I’ve read previously you have to convert it idk for certain) and I’ll include an example photo of me using my vin

Ohh I totally misunderstood, ok that's more possible. They have 1 Premium one without Performance Package, so it won't be exactly as mine because I have the Performance Package but I think for these purposes it may be useful as what we are looking for here is just for tech purposes.

Thank you for the suggestion.

No problem, hopefully for the Speed sign recognition it’ll make it work or at least show why it’s not.

Also found the part to give us the buttons for the other two features in adaptive cruise control (IF) the changes work later.

Only gonna be $88.20 + tax to swap them out so not too bad.

I'm not sure but the big chance could be that yours is 300A and his is 301A and that's why it didn't work.

I enabled TSR for a person living in Qatar with the European traffic signs, even when his signs look slightly different with also Arabic translation. The camera picks up the shape of the sign and the number on the sign. It doesn't pick up what's written on it.

So the fact that Sky had it working with the settings that was specific for your car means that your car probably does not have the hardware for it to work.

The last thing I can do for him is to give him all the values for TSR and ACC all at once from another car with some personal changes to keep some of his settings without having a conflict and see if anything works. If not, his car doesn't have the hardware.
