They're going to sell Dark Horses every year from now on, right? I don't see those becoming "collectible". I do see the Mach 1 being collectible, just like the 2003/2004 iterations are still selling for ridiculous numbers compared to their original cost.

I agree with you. I also believe that the ecoboost 2024 yellow with the PP and Magnaride could be a sought after model in future year since you can't order it anymore. But I could be wrong

Just getting a chance to take a look at the 2025s. As I predicted in another thread, Atlas Blue, Rapid Red, and Yellow Splash are goners. I thought one of the greys might go, but I would have expected Carbonized Gray instead of Dark Matter. Beyond that it seems like price is the only big difference in 2025. Had I waited instead of ordered a 2024, I'd have paid over $6K more. Yikes!

I'm really curious about Molten Magenta. It sounds like it'll be wet-looking dark pink/red color, which I'm excited to eventually see in person.

I'd also be curious to find out what the sales ratio of 2024s manuals to automatics was, as it's notable they're not uncharging for the automatic anymore. Seems to me like they didn't sell many manuals, and if YouTube is to be believed, they are extremely rare at the moment.

Ford might be trying to increase earnings per share by increasing profitability. Ford's stock is doing not-so-great right now. I haven't dug into the details but my guess would be that they're taking a hit from lack of interest on EV's:

Magenta is named after the location of a famous battle. In my grandpa's youth, pink was the boy color. It's all marketing.
