It's annoying. I've had to aim it down a bit so I can see the kerb on the left side. I can still see traffic on the left quite well.You're not missing much, they don't fold very far - almost to the point of why bother.
What does piss me off is that the passenger side mirror doesn't tilt down when you're in reverse. It's a great feature for parking and protecting your rims. My 2009 Honda and my wife's 2018 VW both have this feature.
If it does have this feature pls tell me how to enable it, having the mirror selected/turned on for the passenger side before putting it in reverse doesn't do it (this is how it works in the other cars)
