My rear 1" spacers don't look flush like most of the pics on this thread, I may try 20mmđź‘€

I've heard that many people try the 1 inch spacers and if they are too much, they just try a different size. That's a $185 mistake if you bought Eibach spacers. What do you do with the old ones? Can they be returned?

Yeah 20mm = 0.78in

Usually with those the wheel studs will be too long and you will need to either cut or install short wheel studs.
I know for a fact that 20mm does not fit the Performance Pack wheels without cutting or replacing the stock wheel studs.

I have magneride and I'm using 1" spacers with no problem. Run them on my 24 and my 20.
Which wheels are you running? I was thinking of doing 1" spacers on my Daughter's car. She has the Perf Pkg and Magneride.

Factory staggered set on both cars, both are PP cars with magneride as well

I managed to put 25mm on all 4 corners on my Mustang. The cars pretty much new so I didn’t need to really sand or wire brush the light oxidation on the hub. I put the spacers on and torqued em, they look a lot better now. Rear is pretty much flush I’d say. The front still isn’t 100% flush, from factory the fronts have a really big gap from the fender, so 1 inch isn’t quite enough, but looks great.

I did not cut anything. Bolted right up and smooth as before they were installed.

Just to confirm, the 20mm will work without cutting correct? Thank you

@cosmo73 I'd like to know this, as well. Normally there is enough of a "hole" in the back of the rim for the stud/nut sticking out past 20mm.

I purchased 25MM spacers from American racing and would not fit, lugs indented the wheels on the inside so I did not even install them. 2024 GT, with 19"silver aluminum wheels. Probably need 30MM if you do not want to trim your lugs
