Like I said, twin turbo v8 on the coyote engine won’t work reliably. Another commenter who worked at ford explained that the cost of bringing it to production would be too high. Those two mean Mustangs will probably be supercharged from the factory for now. You also said “done right”, and I don’t have faith in ford to put a twin turbo on the coyote and do it reliably.laughable. The Europeans have been doing it for a while and ford does it with other engines. Turbo diesels have been doing this a. Long time. Done right, turbos will actually cause the engine to last longer since they cause less drag on the engine. Turbos are very economical as well. There’s a reason ecoboost has been so accessible financially. Meanwhile the supercharged gt500 has skyrocketed in price. None of those arguments hold water.
But hey, at least after market kits exist so go ahead and put the hellion or hellhorse kit on it and have fun!
