Does the whipple affect 0-60 times at all? Or don't really notice it after 60+mph?

it'll definitely affect 0-60 times, it's the opposite of turbochargers to hit much more down low, so you'll definitely notice it even when not on the drag strip. It'll change the every day driving of the car as you'll have access to a ton more power across the entire rpm band.

Stuff is really starting to turn up, just saw house of boost went 5.9/120 to the 1/8th

Knocking on 8s right there,

beefcake trapped 153 on a 1.7 60 yesterday, another car on YouTube ran a 6.1/117

A guy had back to back 4.8 60-130s

hopefully I can get to the track again before they shut down in the next few weeks.

all whipple cars BTW, still haven’t seen a roush hit the strip and post that I recall. Aside from brenspeed.

If Ford ever fully unlocks the tuning I wonder what kind of numbers we could see

Another comparison coming up!
Hi Bronco,

Unfortunately, it was my dark horse in that video that was supposed to run against the blue mustang with the roush. We weren't able to run each other as I broke the drivers side stock half shaft on the very first practice run of the day that Friday.....sigh. I was very much looking forward to seeing how the two cars matched up against each other but alas.....

I made a post shortly after that day as advice for supercharged mustangs....if you supercharge your pony, it might be prudent to change out the half shafts if at all possible at the same time. Will likely save you from having a bad day at the track!!

Here's the video of the broken half shaft, you can see and hear it go about 2 seconds in when the car sits back up with my foot on the floor.....I did manage to get the 60 ft time which was my best time to date on that data point.....

I remember your thread im sorry your half shafts broke man! I remember this being one of the reasons lots of Mustang folks wanted to keep the SRA instead of IRS
